Namaste everyone,
Ma created Kali Natha Yoga and always stressed that it is a yoga for everyone.
There was no such thing as advanced or beginner, everyone can do it, as well as live it.
Kali Natha Yoga brings strength and health to your being and represents Ma’s and Baba’s teaching of kindness and “Feed Everyone”.
As Ma’s chela and a Kali Natha Yogi, I am grateful to serve and cook on Kashi.
I hope you enjoy this next recipe.

I am so grateful to feed everyone in the name of my Guru, Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati, and my Parama Guru, Neem Karoli Baba.
