This is how to sprout mung beans. They are easy to make and you will be very proud of yourself when they sprout like magic.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Whole Mung Beans – Organic
Utensils:
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Lid that Covers the Bowl
- Fine Mesh Colander
Directions:
Step 1: Put Mung Beans into Bowl, Rinse, and Cover with Water.
Put mung beans into bowl, rinse, and drain using the colander. Then cover with water, about 2 inches over top. Put the lid over bowl and place in a cool part of the kitchen for 10 – 12 hours.
Step 2: Drain the Water, Rinse, and Drain again, so there is no water.
Drain the water from the bowl using the colander, rinse and drain again. Now we do not add any more water, cover with the lid, and leave in cool part of the kitchen for 12 to 18 hours.
Step 3: After 12 – 18 hours, the Beans have Sprouted.
After 12 – 18 hours the beans have sprouted. You could use right away or repeat the rinse, drain and store a few more hours to have them sprout more. When you like how the sprouts are, rinse them and drain and store in tight sealed container in the refrigerator. They last about a week.
