Namaste,
Mahasamadhi is when a Guru or Great Holy Being leaves their physical body.
The most important thing to know is that Great Holy Beings never leave.
With or without their physical body, they are always with us.
I am so grateful to have the honor of cooking for Ma, and still bring her food.
This food is then served as prasad.
Ma really is passionate about food, as with everything, and especially loves sweets.
This next sweet recipe of chocolate strawberries is easy to make, vegan, and gluten free.
I dedicate these recipes and everything to my Guru, to our Ma.
Thank you Ma for my life at your Feet.

Ingredients & Utensils
- 2 containers of Organic Strawberries
- 2 cups Organic Vegan Chocolate Chips
- 3 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- Skillet – heavy
- Unbleached parchment paper
- Sheets pan(s)
Directions:
Step 1: Wash & Drain Strawberries
Wash and drain the berries and leave on the side.
Step 2: Melt the Chocolate Chips:
This is the part to pay attention, because chocolate can seize up and be ruined if the temperature gets too hot.
This is why it is best to use a heavy skillet or a thick bottomed pan.
Make sure the pan is dry, with no water in it.
Turn the heat on low.
Add the coconut oil to the skillet.
Add the Chocolate Chips and stir with a spoon while they melt.
Keep stirring until the the chocolate and coconut oil are completely combined and melted smooth.
Step 2: Dip the Strawberries, place onto papered sheet pans, & refrigerate:
Pour the chocolate into a small bowl or large cup (a glass measuring cup is good).
Hold the strawberries by the green top and dip into the chocolate , then place onto the papered sheet pan.
Repeat until you are done.
Refrigerate the berries for at least 1/2 hour to hour, so the chocolate will become firm.
Serve and Enjoy !!!
