Many years ago Ma met a man named Dr. Cursio.
Dr. Cursio was a health practitioner who was a pioneer in what today would be considered a cleansing, alkalizing way of eating. He helped Ma incredibly with his way of eating called “The Cursio Diet”.
Ma wanted everyone to benefit from this and as Ma always does, shared Dr. Cursio and his diet with us all!!!
The Cursio Diet uses a lot of vegetables, raw and cooked, with an emphasis on Blended Salad, and Juicing.
“Blended Salad” is exactly as it sounds, it is an ingenious food!
It is one of my favorite things, it is refreshing, and simply just makes you feel good!
All these years later many of us make blended salad.
Here is a recipe for a version of a blended salad.

Ingredients & Utensils
- Ingredients:
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce – Organic
- 1 Cucumber – Organic
- 2 Stalks of Celery – Organic
- 1 – 2 Tomatoes – Organic
- 1/2 Lemon or Lime – Organic
- Appliance:
- Food Processor
Directions:
Step 1: Wash Vegetables, Peel Cucumber, Cut into chunks:
Wash all the vegetables, and peel the cucumber.
Cut into chunks and place into food processor.
Squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lemon onto vegetables in food processor.
Step 2: Blend up vegetables in food processor:
Blend up the vegetables until liquidity.
Serve and Enjoy !!!
